Now Presenting Constant Contact Seminars in Minnesota

I’m SO excited.

Earlier today, I was the first trained Constant Contact Expert to return my paperwork to start presenting Constant Contact Seminars as part of a new pilot program.

My regular readers know that I’m a Constant Contact raving fan.  It’s a tool I’m totally passionate about because it makes such a difference for my business and the businesses of my clients who also use it.

Since I’m a trained Expert and an award winner, I’ve got that unique perspective to share with small business owners and entrepreneurs on how this all works.

I also just read an article that 47% of small business are not using social media. Since email marketing and social media go hand in hand, it means that there’s a knowledge gap that needs to be addressed.

I’m pleased – heck, I’m jazzed – to be able to offer the following topics:

  • The Power of Email Marketing
  • 3 Keys to Email Marketing
  • Social Media Made Simple

Oh, and by the way…these seminars are FREE to attend.  That’s right – it costs you nothing to get this valuable knowledge.

Get Down To Business on May 19

Small Business Week is coming up in May and Constant Contact is holding free public event to celebrate small business.

The Minneapolis event will be held on Thurs. May 19 at the Airport Hilton.

I’m excited to share that Gail Goodwin, CEO of Constant Contact, will be attending and is a featured speaker.  She’s only attending two of these events across the country from what I understand so kudos to Minnesota!

There will also be a Q&A with a small business owner panel plus a trade show and networking time.

I’ll be attending as a Constant Contact Solution Provider and hope to see my Minnesota and Western Wisconsin friends there.

This event is FREE.  Since some refreshments are being provided, it’s preferable that you register in advance.

And if you are reading this post and you are not in Minnesota, head over to the Constant Contact home page and search for local events in your area.

Engagement Marketing

Building lasting relationships with your existing customers and members drives business success. Making that happen is called “Engagement Marketing.” Having an Engagement Marketing strategy is the key to inspiring your most passionate customers and advocates to: have conversations with you and fellow customers, share stories and opinions, and share your content with their own social circle. In this seminar, you’ll discover the three components that lead to Engagement Marketing success:

• Providing an excellent customer experience,
• Making connections that engage your audience and enable an
ongoing dialog, and
• Using social media to continue the dialog and engage a broader
audience.

Come see models of how other small businesses, non-profit associations, and organizations combine email marketing and social media marketing in order to build connections, monitor feedback, share interesting content and drive toward business success.
